Assistant Agriculture Officer जिसे हम सहायक कृषि अधिकारी कहते है यह Agriculture Officer से नीचे का पद है जबकि एग्रीकल्चर सुपरवाइजर से ऊपर का पद होता है। AAO के नीचे 8 सुपरवाइजर कार्य करते है।

इनका मुख्य कार्य होता है सरकार द्वारा किसानो के लिए चलाई गयी योजनाओ को किसानो तक पहुंचना जिससे वे उनका लाभ उठा सके।

अपने नीचे कार्य करने वाले सुपरवाइजर के कार्यो की जाँच करना, और उनकी रिपोर्ट तैयार करके उसे कृषि अधिकारी को भेजना, इसी के साथ ही समय समय पर उनके साथ मीटिंग आयोजित करना, उन्हें सरकार द्वारा चलाई जाने वाली योजनाओ के बारे में बताना जिससे की वे किसानो को अच्छी तरह से समझा सके और उनकी सहायता कर सके। इस तरह के कार्य सहायक कृषि अधिकारी के होते है।

सहायक कृषि अधिकारी का वेतन 25,000 से 81,000 के लगभग होती है।

Assistant Agriculture Officer Age Limit

सहायक कृषि अधिकारी बनने के लिए कैंडिडेट की आयु सीमा 18 से 40 साल के बीच होनी चाहिए जबकि इसमें कुछ छूट भी दी जाती है। जबकि सामान्य जाति महिला को 5 साल की, SC/ST/OBC पुरुष को 5 साल की, SC/ST/OBC महिला को 10 साल की, सामान्य जाति दिव्यांग को 10 साल की, OBC दिव्यांग को 13 साल की, SC/ST दिव्यांग को 15 साल की छूट दी जाती है।

सहायक कृषि अधिकारी बनने के कैंडिडेट का Agriculture Field से Graduation पास होना चाहिए।
